All memberships are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Membership validity begins from the date of activation and is subject to the selected plan.
Membership fees must be paid in advance. All payments are subject to applicable taxes. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in our Refund Policy.
Membership cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to deny refunds where terms are violated.
Members acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You agree to exercise at your own risk and confirm that you are medically fit to participate in fitness activities.
Members must follow gym rules, maintain discipline, respect staff and fellow members, and use equipment responsibly. Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.
The Gym is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Lockers are provided for convenience only.
Personal training sessions are subject to trainer availability. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
The Gym may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes. By using our facilities, you consent to such use unless explicitly opted out in writing.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund if Terms are violated.
The Gym shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of Hyederabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
