This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all memberships, subscriptions, programs, services, and payments made on or through the Fitmap platform. By making a payment, you expressly agree to the terms stated below.
All payments made to Fitmap are strictly non-refundable. Once a membership, subscription, program, or service is purchased, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, dissatisfaction, personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
Fees paid for personal training sessions, online or offline programs, nutrition plans, consultations, workshops, challenges, or any add-on services are non-refundable, whether used fully, partially, or not used at all.
Free trials, discounted plans, promotional offers, and special pricing are provided on a best-effort basis and are not eligible for refunds once converted into a paid service.
No refunds will be issued on medical grounds, injury, illness, relocation, travel, or any personal circumstances. Users are advised to consult a medical professional before enrolling in any fitness program.
In the event of a verified failed transaction or duplicate payment caused due to a technical error, the excess amount may be adjusted or refunded after internal verification. This does not apply to successful payments.
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting Fitmap first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Fitmap reserves the right to contest any chargebacks with supporting records.
Fitmap reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the platform shall be final and binding.
